It’s perfect to visit for a one day trip or after a hike!
The name〝Tsurutsuru〟, means 〝smooth〟 in Japanese and the hot spring water, drawn from 1,500 meters underground, makes your skin very smooth.
It’s located west of Tokyo near Mt. Mitake and Mt. Hinode in an area so surrounded by nature that you might even forget it’s still Tokyo!
There are two styles of baths, the one is Japanese type called “Bijin no Yu (a hot spring of beauty)” and the other is European type called “Shogai Seishun no Yu (a hot spring of lifetime youth)”, and men and women’s areas switch depending on the day.
